Spots: 14 year old, Male, Castrated, Cocker Spaniel

History: Previously diagnosed with Addison's Disease and started on predisone. Seizures were controled with phenobarbital.

Presented with mildly elevated liver enzymes and hypoalbuminemia, elevated bile acids, increasing lethargy.

One image is provided of a mixed echoic mass in the tail of the spleen.

Nodular Hyperplasia
It is difficult to differentiate benign from malignant diseases in the liver and spleen. In this case a partial splenectomy was performed for the diagnosis
