Signalment:
14 year old, Male, Castrated, Cocker Spaniel
History:
Previously diagnosed with Addison's Disease and started on predisone. Seizures were controled with phenobarbital.
Presented with mildly elevated liver enzymes and hypoalbuminemia, elevated bile acids, increased lethargy.
Ultrasound Image: One image is provided of a mixed echoic mass in the tail of the spleen.

Diagnosis:
Nodular Hyperplasia
It is difficult to differentiate benign from malignant diseases in the liver and spleen. In this case a partial splenectomy was performed for the diagnosis
Are we any closer to the final diagnosis? (wait until November!)
