Answer:

Sonographic Findings: Lenticular mass in body wall and hypoechoic nodule in spleen.
Diagnosis: Mammary neoplasia and splenic metastasis
FNA: Mammary carcinoma in both organs

Splenic nodules are quite uncommon in cats (as opposed to dogs). Benign masses are very uncommon in cats and any nodule in a cat should be suspicious for neoplasia, especially when a primary mass is confirmed.
