History : Hypercalcemia of 2 months duration

Ultrasonographic findings:
Soft tissue mass of mixed echogenicity is present in the right anal sac, the left anal sac is fluid filled.
Multiple sublumbar enlarged hypoechoic lymph nodes are present.
Ultrasonographic diagnosis:
Right anal sac tumor with metastasis to the sublumbar lymph nodes.
