Prostate enlarged, of mixed echogenicity,with areas of mineralization.
Urinary bladder: trigonal infiltrative hyperechoic mass
Diagnosis: Prostatic neoplasia and concurrent bladder neoplasia. Primary differentials include transitional cell carcinoma, or prostatic adenocarcinoma.
