Signalment:
8 year old female

Hypercalcemia of 2 months duration

Initial differentials?

Sonographic Findings:

Soft tissue mass of mixed echogenicity is present in the right anal sac. The left anal sac is fluid filled.
Multiple sublumbar enlarged hypoechoic lymph nodes are present.

Diagnosis:

Right anal sac tumor with metastasis to the sublumbar lymph nodes.
