Signalment:
11 year old male Basenji

Chronic history of stranguria and hematuria

Initial differentials?

Sonographic Findings:

Prostate enlarged, of mixed echogenicity, with areas of mineralization.
Urinary bladder: trigonal infiltrative hyperechoic mass

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis:

Prostatic neoplasia and concurrent bladder neoplasia. Primary differentials include transitional cell carcinoma, or prostatic adenocarcinoma
