Signalment:  7 year old male intact German Shorthair Pointer

History:  Anorexia, vomiting, coughing 4 days duration.

Ultrasonographic findings:
Right cranial lobe is non aerated.

Multiple hypoechoic nodules on the surface of the lung

Ultrasonographic diagnosis:

1. Pulmonary nodules
2. Right cranial lobar consolidation.

Differentials included neoplastic or fungal disease.

The dog was confirmed to have blastomycosis.
