Signalment:  2 y.o. FS golden retriever dog

History: bloody vaginal discharge for 2 weeks. Antibiotic responsive , but discharge returns after stopping medication.

Answer:

Stump pyometra
DDX: other vaginal, ureteral, urethral mass lesions
Testing: CBC, UA, vaginal examination, surgical excision
