Signalment: 2 y.o. mn Chow dog
History: chronic vomiting (progressive over last 3 weeks) now all food and water. All blood work normal

Answer:
Mural thickening, mostly in outer muscularis layer: diffuse severe gastritis
DDX: IBD, pythiosis, atypical cicumferential neoplasia
Testing: full-thickness biopsy
