13 year old Lab-mix

Weight loss (5 # in 2 months, 65# BW), PU/PD for same time. Elevated liver enzymes (ALK PHOS 1200, ALT 120)

Ultrasound Image:
Image of region of right adrenal gland

Questions:

Differentials for the lesion?
Other imaging tests indicated?

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis:

Adrenal adenocarcinoma
DDX: other para-aortic mass lesions
Testing: LDDS test, ACTH stimulation, evaluation of the caudal vena cava for evidence of tumor invasion
