Signalment:  5 y.o. shepherd mix fs dog

History: hematuria and straining to urinate for 4 days.

Answer:

Mass in region of trigone/neck: TCC, other neoplastic mass of bladder, uterine remnant, colon

DDX: as above
Testing: fna of mass, evaluation of kidnys and remaining abdomen
Image of bladder long axis - Tubular structure is seen deep to bladder: distended ureter?
Image of Right kidney - Moderate hydronephrosis and hydroureter
Image of left  kidneys - End-stage severe hydronephrosis and hydroureter

Dog went to surgery and a very poor defined mass was seen in the pelvic canal thought to be a valley fever granuloma (coccidiomycosis)
