Signalment: 1 year old female spayed Labradoodle
History: Vomiting for a few days

Questions:
- What are your ultrasonographic findings?
- What is your ultrasonographic diagnosis?
- Recommendation?
Answer:
- In the stomach, fluid distended with hyperechoic shadowing foreign body. In two different segments of small intestine, plicate bowel loops are detected with hyperechoic linear foreign bodies inside, one measured 2.7cm.
- Gastric foreign body with fluid distended stomach. Linear foreign bodies in two population of small intestine.
- Recommendation: surgery
Result of this patient: A tampon and fibrous material covered in digesta were found in the stomach and jejunum during the surgery.
