Signalment: 12 years old female spayed mixed breed dog
History: 2 day history of lethargy, anorexia, anemia

Answer:
- Generally increased hepatic echogenicity (the portal veins are poorly seen).
- Decreased the visualization of the dorsal part of the liver (hypperattenuating).
- The liver is enlarged and has blunt rounds margins
- Diffuse hepatic disease : steroid hepatopathy
