Signalment:  12 years old female spayed mixed breed dog

History: 2 day history of lethargy, anorexia, anemia

Answer:

  1. Generally increased hepatic echogenicity (the portal veins are poorly seen).
  2. Decreased the visualization of the dorsal part of the liver (hypperattenuating).
  3. The liver is enlarged and has blunt rounds margins
  4. Diffuse hepatic disease : steroid hepatopathy
