Signalment:
12 year old female spayed mixed breed dog

2 day history of lethargy, anorexia, anemia

Questions:

What are your ultrasonographic findings?
What is your ultrasonographic diagnosis?

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis:

Generally increased hepatic echogenicity (the portal veins are poorly seen).
Decreased the visualization of the dorsal part of the liver (hypperattenuating).
The liver is enlarged and has blunt rounds margins
Diffuse hepatic disease : steroid hepatopathy
