History: Decreased appetite, weak hind limbs, distended abdomen, weight gain, PU/PD

Answer:

1. Bilateral adrenomegaly, thrombus identified in the distal aorta with extension into external iliac artery, partially occulding the lumen.

2. Most Likely pituitary dependent hyperadrenocorticism
