A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special rate for IVUSS attendees. You will receive an email link to the hotel reservation site with your conference registration.

Room Rate through July 5, 2024: $309 per night August 4-7th, plus $20 per night Resort Fee, and 15.3% Tax (subject to change by the government). Three Junior Suites are available at $399 per night (plus tax and resort fee). Included:

Hotel Cancellation Policy – Should a guest cancel a reservation for any reason, it must be cancelled 72-Hours (3 full days prior to arrival). For cancellations received within two days of arrival, a fee equal to one night multiplied by the guest room rate (plus applicable taxes) shall apply. 

Housekeeping gratuities are $5.00 per room, per night and will be at the individual guest’s discretion. Suggested Porterage gratuities are $14.00 round-trip, per room.
